Hey Ya'll! I have been using MFP for years now but I've added WW (on my own) to the mix and am buckling down. This month alone I'm down 6 pounds so far. I'm particularly short ( 5'1") and currently 135.6lbs. My goal is between 120 and 125lbs. Just looking for some motivation and ideas where fitness and nutrition is involved. Feel free to comment with success stories and journeys and any advice you may have especially for my height
I have P90x, turbo fire, and jillian michaels 30 day shred. I started 30 day shred last month but stopped before level 3 and have yet to begin again. Sunday is the magic day lol! I was seeing improvements with it. Ive not done anything all the way thru yet (Shame on me)

Keep up the good work! I just joined MFP this week! I had my second baby the end of SEpt and I gained 70 lbs with him and did with my prior baby too! Lost it plus 30 lbs the first time and now trying to lose the remaining 15 lbs I have from the 2nd baby... I did WW in nov through this past month and lost 30 lbs with it... Now Im trying this and I joined a group at a gym for motivation/support ! I too have done the 30DS but dont do it everyday...0

I don't know how you feel about lifting, but Neghar is 5'1", 125lbs and a bad *kitten*. http://www.negharfonooni.com/
She has what she calls the "Lovely and Lean Recipe" that might give you an idea of where to start and what you want your goals to be: http://www.negharfonooni.com/2013/03/14/the-lean-and-lovely-recipe/ She also has loads of you tube videos.
Good luck!0 -
I'm 5'0. Here's my success post from about 4lbs ago: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/958135-my-5-month-progress-over-30-lbs-lost-pics?hl=30+lbs+progress&page=1#posts-14611927
My suggestion in group fitness classes!
I love my Zumba and weight lifting classes so much that I'm actually bummed/annoyed when I have to miss one. Keeps me motivated and gives me more allowance for eating on the days that I don't feel particularly motivated to eat well.0
