      I lost 55 lbs. in just under 4 months doing Turbo Fire. I am now doing Insanity. I started at 1200 calories, low carbs, low fat low sugar. Hit a wall, upped my calories to 1500 and upped my protein intake. Started losing again. In the first 4 weeks of Insanity I lost 14 lbs. and 8 inches :)
