    * Just a thought - why soy protein when you could get lactose - free whey protein? And though soy protein is OK , it's methionine content is very low compared to animal based proteins, so like all legumes soy should ideally be eaten with foods such as nuts or vegetables.

    * Anyway - I put non- flavored protein powder in smoothies (of course) , non-fat yogurt, hummus, over cold cereal, mix it in fat-free salad dressing. ANYWHERE & any thing I can do to up my protein intake - as I dislike meat very much.

I'm with you, I'm not a fan of Costco's soy energy blend, but my BF loves it and snacks on it all the time. Have you tried using it as a topping perhaps, like over Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey or agave nectar and some mixed fruit like berries? It is nice as a crunchy, slightly salty topping, so if you can view it like that, you may get some ideas of pairing it with another type of food you do enjoy.

Maybe on top of salads too...

Its like a soy energy blend...it has soy nuts, almonds, cranberries, and some other things in there...so it is combined with foods to make it a complete protein. I am not a vegetarian by any means, but i thought it looked like an interesting snack! And actually, soy is one of the only vegetarian options that provides a complete protein.

Its not a powder but more liked a mixture of solid foods. SOrry for the confusion!
