The story so far...30lb down (5ft 8 23 F) Pic heavy

Hello,
So I am feeling brave this evening and I'm putting up some photos including my face of the progress since Jan. I have lost 30lb since Jan 7th 2013 and I feel ten times better. I am doing 10k training and I am on my way to getting into a healthy weight range which I aim to be at by November 2013.
This was me at the beginning of my journey before a night out, I didn't realise how bloated my face was till now.
this was at my best mates night out and honestly I felt like the elephant in the room and just so unhappy.
I put this skirt on in early Feb
and again in late March
Now for pictures I have just taken today, I'd just been a run...
So hopefully I can look back on this post when I have lost another 30lb and update it with more progress but I am deffo getting happier and sleeping better! I am doing 10k training twice a week and the cross trainer and metafit. I am currently on day 19 of the squat challenge as well.
No longer do I reach for sweets and crisps every time I am bored or stressed or whatever other reason I have that day. I have got off my massive fat bum and started moving about. I am only 23 years old and I don't want to be battling my weight the rest of my 20's! 2013 is my year!

Well done! Lovely how your face has more definition (cheekbones and chin), and how your body's trimmed all over too -d'u think it's been the running's that helped with that or do you think it's been more from dieting? Love what you say on your profile about wanting to be known as the girl who's dedicated to exercise . . . . my wish too.

I think because I have been in training I have to eat better because I know when I eat rubbish I don't feel great at training so it is deffo hand and hand. Ive started adding exercise classes and squats and sits up though so I don't get bored doing the same thing every week0
