Potassium without lots of banana's - possible?

So, I am supposed to ingest 3500mg of Potassium a day and I am getting nowhere near that much. Any ideas on what I can eat to increase my potassium intake without swallowing 20 whole bananas a day? :)

Thanks.

This is something l am working on. Kiwi fruit are very rich in potassium around 250mg per fruit, a cup of sliced mushrooms has the same amount of potassium as a banana. Avocado is good too, as is broccoli

If you are going off what this site tells you that you have consumed of potassium I can honestly say you won't have 100% accuracy. There are a lot of foods that have a good amount of potassium that don't have the values included here because when the item was added the nutritional information didn't include the potassium value while if you checked all the raw foods that went into making the item or verified manually the potassium content I would bet you are getting more than you think :)

Anyways a page with potassium rich foods was already posted so you will definitely get a good idea of what to add.

If I need extra potassium, I drink Low Sodium V8. The spicy version has 1000mg of potassium per serving and the regular kind has 900 mg.

One Generic- Baked Russet Potato 258X1 gram = 1,066mg Potassium @ 189 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 0 sodium, 2g sugar. You get the point.

3 of those/day should do the trick. Cheaply also

Pulling from my own diary . . . cantaloupe (a pound gives you 115 calories and almost 1000 mg of potassium), blackberries, carrots, mangos, dried fruit like apricots and raisins, tomatoes (40 calories : 500 mg of potassium), bell peppers, strawberries, brussels sprouts (these have a ton), potatoes (also a ton), Greek yogurt . . .
