I think back to how out of shape and weak I was before, and it pretty much keeps me going and makes me want to continue forward. I wake up wondering "what can I do today to improve myself?"0

Pretty much this above statement,..the only thing I would add is that I say to myself now,.."I love me enough to give my very best"- at whatever it is I'm doing,..even if it means a slow 30 min walk,then I can say to myself You Rock,you got it done!!:happy:0 -
I tell myself I'm not a quitter, I must prove to myself and everyone else that i can do it.
The following poem always comes to mind when i need motivation in any aspect of my life.
I know its tacky, but the words motivational.
Don't Quit
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,

Hi I have exactly the same problem, like today my back hurts and I am really hungry probably because I didn't eat a proper breakfast. My trick remember that feeling you get after you finish exercise. Aim for that because once you hit your goal, you`'ll feel like that every time your able to do something, you could`nt do before0
