I do not like water at all lol but I have been drinking it. I am really already tired of it so any advice on how to drink more or give it some flavor?

    Try adding fruit like lemon, cucumber, pineapple, strawberry, etc. Also try Crystal light packs. Hope that helps.
  • dasani and many other companies make those calorie and sugar free flavor drops. a little goes a long way. also, you can make tea and put ice in it and some splenda or stevia for sweetness without sugar or calories.

    ^I agree with this. Most of the water I drink is flavored with Crystal light.

    MiO liquid water enhancer. All day, all the time, everyday.

  • thanks I was told by my husband to try the MiO and I think I will and also try adding some fruit to it. I am sure I will like it at some point :noway: lol
