Arrowroot.
Equal ratio to corn starch.0 -
I use a flour from Gluuteny Bakery which is a mixture of rice, corn, tapioca and xanthum gum....Not that I make my own sauces that often, but mixed with say, turkey juice from baking a turkey, it's excellent. You can find it in various Giant Eagles and the bakery itself, in Squirrel Hill..I think Soergel's Farms too...0
