    Your profile says you joined MFP in Oct 2012. 152 pounds loss in such a short time surprised me. Checking your diary you are generally consuming 565 calories a day. Are you being supervised by a medical professional? A little scary.

    I haven't lost 152 since October of 2012, I started this in December of 2011. I was down about 100lbs give or take when I joined MFP, so I have lost about 50ish pounds in the last 5 months (about 2ish lbs a week).
