I just started a new group for anyone who wants to do the 30 day shred in May! We can support eachother and make it through, I'd love to see lots of activity in the group so feel free!

I have the DVD and plan to start the second week of May (have a half marathon next Saturday, don't want to risk hurting things before that), so will be happy to join, just a little late.0

I just did the 30 Day Shred for the first time today and WOW! A lot of energy expenditure goes into twenty minutes.
Don't forget to take your measurements prior to starting. I read that some people don't see a big difference in the scale but see a huge difference in their measurements at the completion of thirty days.

Good luck! Already did it. Enjoyed level 2 the most out of it. I moved onto Be fit in 90 days... enjoying it so far. I also like how it has rest days compared to 30DS.

When i was doing it someone posted the foods for it that comes with the DVD. Maybe it will help some of you? I personally didn't follow the food but someone might?

Im in,well starting again (and again and again!!) Got wedding to attend in sept and the best part of 2st to lose before Prob is like my junk food too much (and beer/wine). Im an evening eater too which doesnt help. Could anyone tell me how to log 30 day shred on fitness pal,thanks x Good luck everyone,it will b worth it0
