Am I doing something wrong?

Okay So on my chart which I hope everyone can view, I have been eating semi healthy the first week, healthier the second, now going into third soon. I only report my weight loss or gain once a week but I have gained back all the weight I lost in 3 days... I don't lift weights I am only in the shredding stage. I take multivitamins because I am an endomorph body type and have a nutrition absorption problem. My problem is my doctor says I HAVE to get the fat off my midsection. It's very large, hard, and doesn't move. It is scary because I have high cholesterol and am borderline diabetic. What am I doing wrong please help. I can't seem to stay under my sugars on this site no matter how I eat and I know not to eat bread or wheat after today because I gain massive and fast. What does this mean? Is there ANYTHING I can do? I need help..Some days are better than others as far as my food, but I am ALWAYS under my calorie intake and usually do good at least I think.

Your food diary is not visible, until it is no one can advise properly0

Like the other poster says without your diary there is not much we can advise you on. However, if you can't keep your sugars low, you are not eating healthy.
At first I wanted to post this: Also, if you gained all your weight back in three days, you are not being honest in tracking your calories. But then I re-read your posting and noticed how you described or midsection. It sounds like ascites, which might would mean the increase in weight is water weight. As long as your correctly recording your calories you should be loosing fat which does not always show on the scale if you have any issues retaining water or you are taking in a lot of sodium. Cook your own food and do not eat pre-packaged items and I bet your weight will go down.
Its all about calories in/Calories used.0 -
I am being honest in tracking my calories. I never go over my limit. I can eat one fruit and my sugar automatically goes over. Same thing with cheerios and almond milk it takes up a lot of my sugar. I have to 30 gram limit but after discussing this with a diabetic who is allowed 60g I think that's a bit too low. I don't eat pre packaged foods (except for fresh blueberries and frozen fruit if that counts). Thanks sfalcon, I will have to look that up. It does feel kind of watery. How can you get your food diary to be visable?0
