I am still new and learning. I have 463 calories left for dinner and no fat. Any thoughts on what I can have??? Any easy quick recipes? Thank you!

Hi, you can have fresh pre made veg or minestrone soup or try and pick up some innocent veg pots, amazing flavours and they fill you up0

Pasta+sauce+veg? Or some sort of pasta salad. It's a little bit more interesting than just veggies and will use up those cals without adding extra fat grams (unless it's a creamy sauce - tomato based sauces would be good in this scenario)0
