Cals vs Fat

Hey All

I am still new and learning. I have 463 calories left for dinner and no fat. Any thoughts on what I can have??? Any easy quick recipes? Thank you!

  • Hi, you can have fresh pre made veg or minestrone soup or try and pick up some innocent veg pots, amazing flavours and they fill you up

    Pasta+sauce+veg? Or some sort of pasta salad. It's a little bit more interesting than just veggies and will use up those cals without adding extra fat grams (unless it's a creamy sauce - tomato based sauces would be good in this scenario)
