I am about to start Les Mills pump but I also need to know what else to do in order to get rid of my huge muffintop...got some major belly fat that is my major problem. I am 44 and my eating is terrible buy I do walk along. Should I count calories or cut carbs or what? I need help and if anyone want to do Pump with me ,,I am just starting. ..I want to wear tight shirts again.

Improve your eating habits and get moving! I was carrying a lot of belly fat when I started using MFP and exercising regularly back in January, and I'm quite pleased with the improvements I've seen so far.0

This. Counting calories. Eating enough so you don't over eat later. Pump will help as it's good cardio with a little strength. Anything that gets you moving and stronger is a good start. I still feel like I have a little muffin, but it's reduced heaps as I have lost weight.0
