Hummous Recipes

Does anyone have some easy, low cal (if possible) and TASTY hummous recipes? One of my favs is a roasted red pepper one. Want to give it a try to make my own, but there are so many recipes out there and photos look good, but looks can be deceiving, so I'm hoping my MFP family might have some taste tested ones :)

I made this one in the week, nice recipe but serves 6-8 servings and lasts 2 days in the fridge, 67 cals if serving 8 or 89 cals if serving 6. Hairy Bikers roasted red pepper hummus recipe.
2 large roasted red peppers (skin off after roasting)
    1/2 small onion finely chopped
    1tbsp olive oil
    1 heaped teaspoon coriander
    1 heaped teaspoon ground cumin
400 g can chick peas in water
    2 garlic cloves
1 long red chilli ( pr add chilli flakes, or leave out altogether)
    Zest of 1/2 untaxed lemon
    1tsp fine sea salt

Toast the spices in the oil, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Blitz the onion mixture and red peppers in a food processor.
Add the chickpeas, lemon zest, garlic, salt and chilli to the mix and blitz (might need to press it down a little if its dry and depending whether you like it chunky or smooth)

I found it a little dry but very tasty and certainly gave my my indulgent dip fix!

From my blog. I've made this several times, and it's tasty. If you like roasted red peppers, you can dice them and blend them up too. No need to make omissions.
