I eat mini meals and never feel hungry and after excersise I net under 800 lot of time under 500 ugh I'm getting results losing more inches than lbs though
It says my average net after exercise is this week is 278 ugh I feel like I'm forcing food down my throat as is! Any advice ? Should I have a calorie load day lol JK
Last week ave net was 430ish after exercise due to I had bronchitis and didn't exercise as much or would of netted lower
I'm not proud of this netting low stuff I feel I eat a lot and I can't eat bread products I'm a celiac and I'm sensitive to most grains and white potato0 -
1500-1700....good results...i lift, run, swim, take a cardio/weight bootcamp, pilates, not much i don't do.0

I aim for 1240 to 1400. I do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 or 6 days a week.
I am averaging 1.3 pounds a week. Some weeks I lose 2.5 pounds, others I lose just 0.5. Once I lost 5 pounds in one week. And one week I gained 0.8. When averaging it all up it equals 1.33 pounds lost per week.0 -

Just looked at your diary, how do you calculate your calorie burns? They look really high (maybe higher than they actually are) and how do you have the energy to burn that many calories without eating much? I tried that for a while on here and just ended up just gaining all the weight back after I got tired of being tired all the time from it.0 -

Eating trash can exacerbate insomnia and can therefore be a vicious cycle.
Also, 4lb a week suggests you're not eating enough. Eat less processed rubbish but eat more overall. The last thing you want to do is end up skinny-fat with lots of loose skin because you lost too much too quickly and of the wrong sort of weight (i.e. you lost lots of muscle as well as fat and so quickly that your skin couldn't keep up).0 -
I've been losing inches more than lbs actually I eat a lot of protein I don't eat that horrible
I don't drink soda only on occasion no cake or wheat products nothing fried and i eat fruits and vegetables0 -

A lot of people don't undertand my biggest before MFP was about 230 a total of 50lb weight loss 20 of which using this kept off prior 30 for 3 yrs doing as I'm doing now! I had a miscarriage- still birth which took me in deep deep depression I stopped caring for myself there would be days I wouldn't even shower where I didn't even want to get up the next day! It has been a struggle ever since but I decided enough was enough I mean I do find my self obsessing with exercise now and the whole eating thing but I feel more alive then I have ever in my life! Even if it means me wanting to wake up and be active anything is better then how I felt before!
I found out I was a celiac I had to cut out a lot no more brownies it has been a challenge if I consume wheat it weakens my immunity and I get super sick it really is hard!
I'm proud of my self most days but I do have my times when I'm down and need extra encouragement and MFP has helped greatly0
