Looking for some input on how many calories i need to consume today. I eat to maintain my weight and I have a set TDEE at 2500 right now. My BMR is roughly 1560. This morning I ran 16 miles and burned roughly 1550 calories. That puts me at a NET of about 1000 cals. I know when you are eating based on TDEE, you dont eat back exercise cals but I've also read that you shouldn't eat below your BMR. So should I aim for 3000 cals for today to get my NET above the 1560 or am I just over thinking and still aim for a total of 2500 for today? Thanks for any advice
