Back after loss (MC)

I am back after having a miscarriage about 2 weeks ago. I am the biggest I have ever been-need to make some changes.
Still feeling crappy, but getting better with time. Going to try to do the treadmill and workout at least 3 times a week.

very sorry to hear of your loss. We are here to support you, and listen to you vent if you need to. When my husband died 4 years ago all my online friends where there for me and I vented ALL the time! So, you can do it, we are here for you, and we're glad you came.0

: ( Having been through 5 myself, I know there is absolutely nothing I can say to make you feel any better. I can only say that I will pray for your speedy recovery, both physical and emotional.
