So... I was feeling pretty down on myself today. I was having one of those "I only lost ONE pound" pity parties. But, I figured I was close enough to my every 20 lb progress picture. I think the changes are pretty drastic. I did me a world of good to compare between my starting weight, ~20 lb loss and ~40 lb loss. Eventually, I will get brave enough to post full body pictures, but I am not at that point yet.

STATS:
5'7"
SW: 285-290 (it fluctuated)
CW: 245.2
Primary GW: 180-185
Ultimate GW: 150-155

    Pick up a pound of sugar, flour, butter etc. Then realise that you've just shed that much excess fat from your body. That's what I do if I'm feeling a bit down about "only" being a pound lighter. The number looks so small on the scale but when you have that amount of weight in your hand you really appreciate how much it is.
