in Success Stories
i started at 276 and am aiming for 145-160. I will admit it has not been a easy year. i'm sure id have lost more if i had stayed on the wagon the whole time. there's a couple months i wouldn't lose a thing and even gain about 5 lbs back. i have about 67 lbs left to lose and i'm praying it doesn't take me another year to do. i resonantly got engaged so i'm hoping to lose the weight before November. wish me luck
