Today has been a great and intense day! I start running almost a year ago, and when I started I couldn't even run a mile without having to stop. But I kept training and eventually I ran two 5Ks, one in October and the other in December. And then I stopped, which was a bad idea, but school picked up and life got busy. But I finally got back into training in February of this year, and today I achieved my biggest accomplishment yet! I ran not one, but two 5Ks this morning! And even better than that, I set a new PR of 31:27 during the first race, and completed the second race without walking despite it being about 80% uphill. Today was tough, and I'm exhausted, but it was so worth it! I just wanted to share my story since I'm really proud of what I did, and I would love to hear of other people's accomplishments too!

Thanks! When I trained for my first two races last year I used C25K and it was really useful. I don't think I would've been able to get to where I am without it. It's a great program! Good luck and enjoy it!
