    Mother of three daughter's and 6 grandchildren, Army Civilian, currently residing in San Antonio TX.

    I have lost weight on Atkins, Dr. Rogers, HCG Program, but I have not been successful in keeping the weight off.

    Today... I'm 64 years old, 210 pound, ashamed of what I look like in the mirror....so I've stopped looking in the mirror.
