Just finished chasing my hyperactive beagle with a hose in the yard, talk about a work out! ;) What fun ways do you like to get active?

    Switch the tv on to music channels and start free styling everything...simple jogs, dancing to the beat and silly hops and bops along the way - obviously behind closed everything :blushing:
