    You are an inspiration. I have some friends/relatives that won't start because they overwhelmed just THINKING about all the work ahead of him! Kudos to you and everyone else who is brave enough (including myself) to first face it and then DO SOMETHING about it. I don't think ANYONE who likes to be fat!
