I have been a member for a bit, summer came and I got lazy. Last night I learned to play tennis with my girlfriend and had fun all while burning calories. Today I started counting calories again and have did good today, almost have 33 oz of water in as well. We have already hit the tennis court for 30 minutes today but the sun came out and I'm allergic to it so I want to go again after dinner. I did good at weighing my food last time but I decided I wanted a better scale so I got a digital one today and can't wait to use it.

I have a questions about the calories it says your suppose to eat a day. My calorie intake is suppose to be 1550 but when I put exercise on then it gives me more calories to eat am I actually going to lose weight this way? If I am doing exercise and don't eat the extra calories it says am I not going to lose? hope someone can help me.

assuming you created a deficit when you put in your goals, yes, eating your exercise calories should still allow you to lose weight, as a matter of fact, that's how the site is designed. It's a more stable, easier to manage (for most people) way to do it. Sure it takes more patience, but the chances of long term success go up if you do so (less of a shock when you get to maintenance).

I have found it very easy to lose weight this way. i just make sure I NEVER go over my calories..and If i do my butt goes and works out so I am under my net calories for the day.
