Leaving for the Army in 20 days

I leave for the Army in 20 days! For the last couple of weeks I have had a hard time staying disciplined. Please add me and help me stay accountable until I leave and when I come back from basic I will have to pick right back up here to keep the weight off! Help keep me motivated somebody :)

    run.. my advice.. start running.. now! By far the hardest part. don't worry about pushups, situps, pullups, whatever.. get your cardio up as much as you can.

    I've been running :) I already dominated my 1:1:1 pt test and beat every guy there. Just concerned with keeping my weight down at this point.
