Pain in the shoulder is a real pain in my neck.

Okay, I have started to run in January. It's usually during my lunch hour. So a half hour to 40 minutes is usually all I do. When my daughter gets to go for a sleepover, bday party, hanging out with grandma I sneak off to the gym to get longer runs in.
I finally get to hit my one hour mark. But the last ten minutes kills my left shoulder. The first time I did a full hour the last ten minutes I was literally running with tears in my eyes. And I have run this length again a few more times. not quite as painful, but still its pretty much the last body part I would think would bug me at least to that degree. After a good stretch out it's like it never happen. Even tried skipping an arm workout or two to see if it would help. Does this ever happen with anyone else?
I'm training for a 10k, so I do need to push my running limit to a longer time. Does anyone have any ideas to decreasing the pain or what I'm doing wrong? Please keep in mind, I'm a more than busty girl, that has tried every damn sports bra out there. And I do work out my arms three times a week.

Be sure you're relaxing your shoulders when you run. Lots of people tense their shoulders (and not just when running, we hold a lot of stress in our shoulders), causing pain. Try practicing relaxing your shoulders and then be more aware when you're running how your shoulders are placed, they should be relaxed, not hunched up/tense. If you continue to have pain, stop or slow it down and stretch when it starts to hurt.0
