Turbo 55

I am supposed to do the turbo 55 class tomorrow and I was hoping someone could help me out. In order to do this class before work I would have to get up at 4:30 and I am not a morning person! Do you think it would be as effective if I did say 30 mins of the class before work and then did the warm up and the last 20 minutes after work? I wasnt sure what people's thoughts were. Thanks for the help!

    I do Turbo Fire and I prefer to do the complete 55 minutes at one time. I feel it gives me a better workout. If you are short on time do the 45 or one of the Hiit dvds.
