hello,
just found this great program and i will give it a go.
I´m a 46 year old woman and mother of 3 kids and i try to loose weight for a long time.
WW and other diets let the weight drop but it comes back again:mad:
So i have to change my behavior and start counting:happy:
I live in Germany and my name means goldfinch in german.
So let´s get started

Well, this is the most effective one I've come across. Knowing what you are eating and comparing it with what you use is really effective. There is a high degree of self control needed/desire and discipline. with that, you can get to your target weight pretty effectively.
