Just wanted to say well done my mfp friends. You are all doing so well. I've added your collective weights together and here are the results.
My mfp friends have lost:
1207.7 lbs
Which is just over 86 stones.
Well done all. For those who have not got off the mark yet, don't worry. It is possible and will happen, just keeps at it like my mfp friends.
