sample meal plan

I just signed up with my fitness pal, and I am wondering if there is any place on the web site where I can view a daily sample meal plan to get an idea of what my meals should be like. Thank you for your help :)

    I'm interested in a sample meal plan also! I hate trying to figure out what to eat when trying to get up to 1200 calories and lose weight at the same time.

    It's a case of trial and error on here.

    First just log what you eat, then as you learn you can start working to bring yourself within you calorie goal.

    Meal plans aren't personal enough and if you just eat what you're told you don't learn anything.

    Totally agree. That's what I did. The first couple of days I just logged. I couldn't believe what I was eating. Then each day after for a couple of weeks I would ask myself...do you really need that extra...or do you really need the piece of... Then when it wasn't a meal I would tell myself...get some water and wait 15 minutes and usually I got distracted and didn't eat anything. It is trial and error on here. But like m4ttcheek says if they tell you what to eat you don't learn. If you see you're eating to many calories cut it a little at a time. Before you know it what they alott you is enough and sometimes a little to much.

    You got this and you can do it. Just take one day at a time, one step at a time and one meal at a time. I promise it does get easier.
