Newmans Own Lite Basalmic Vinnegarette. Very good and about 45 calories for 2 tablespoons0

I like all of Walden Farms salad dressins. 0fat, 0sugar, 0cal.,0carbs.. If you can't find in a store nearby you can order online.0

low FAT or low CALORIE?0
-
I know, both low fat and low calorie...the Walden Farms sounds like a dream come true!0
-
Come to think of it, just low fat would be fine as well!0

The bolthouse yogurt dressing series is simply AMAZING! Its not zero fat grams but it ranges between 1-3 g of fat which is not bad at all. I really like the salsa ranch or ceasar parmaggiano. They both pack a ton of flavor and only cost 45 calories per TBSP as opposed to over 100 cals! Try it! Enjoy!:laugh:0

Stay away from Walden Farms - its cross and nothing but chemicals, you can't eat that for the rest of your life!0
-

Stay away from no fat/low fat salad dressings. They are full of chemicals and added sugar! Use the full fat versions in moderation.0
-
Ken's Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette0
-
Bernstein's Light Cheese Fantastico. I think it is 25 calories for 2 tablespoons and tastes like it is fat filled and full of cheese!0
-
Kraft Creamy Balsamic- 45 cal per TBSP.0

Vinegar and Salt works well for me with a sprinkling of olive oil sometimes. Get the flavored vinegars to add variety, or add some Mrs. Dash to the vinegar. YOu can also use flax oil too if you want the omegas.0
-
Ken's Steak House Lite Ceasar - 70 calories and TONS of flavor!0
-
I really like the Marie's Ranch Yogurt Dressing. It's so good!!0
-
I use plain Balsamic Vinegar - tons of flavor and hardly any sodium!0
-
Salsa, or greek yogurt+spices or cottage cheese + herbs.0
-
Bottled salad dressing have a ton of sodium in them.
I prefer to just make my own vinaigrette with balsamic, olive oil and spices. That way, I can control how much oil is in it, and there is nothing artifical added.
I also like to make honey mustard with fat free greek yogurt, honey and a combo of mustards. It is delicious.0 -
OT, a little, but:
We usually just make our own vinaigrette, too. It's not low-fat or low-carb (olive oil + balsamic vinegar), but you don't have to use much because the vinegar is so vinegary.0 -
Lemon juice always does it for me.0
-
Maple Grove Farms has some really good fat free dressings that I love!0
-
I tend to be boring. Kraft's fat free french. But I mix it with vinegar, probably more than 60 percent.0
-
Bolthouse Farms Yogurt based dressings are pretty good. In the refrigerator section.0

Stay away from no fat/low fat salad dressings. They are full of chemicals and added sugar! Use the full fat versions in moderation.
Your body requires fat to absorb nurtients in vegetables, so dressings that are just oil and vinegar are perfect for that (literally, I mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil)0 -
A tablespoon of lemon juice + a tablespoon of maple syrup. Sweet, sour, and delicious.0
-
If you go onto youtube and look for vegan dressings you will find so many options it will blow you away! I have learned so many new ones lately. Or raw dressings. The raw foodies have a lot of low or no fat dressing ideas!0
