Outside summer cardio activity?

I love to go hiking very early in the morning. It's my absolute favorite.

    Hiking. Any time of the day or all day. There is nothing as wonderful as walking in the woods IMO.

    We have one of those big inflatable water slides and playing on that with the grandkids is pretty fun too.

    Mountain biking. The rule of what goes up must come down. Pushing hard to get up that hill and then get the thrill of rolling down the descent filled with roots, rocks, bumps, and earth.

    That's awesome I'm jealous. I cant wait to get out of the city when I have free time. I'd love to have trails like that local to me.
