Wishbone Light Ranch - 70 calories per serving. I could probably go lighter if I chose a vinegarette, but I'm a ranch addict.0

Sodium in my salad dressing scares me more than the fat that is in it. I typically use either Bragg's Organic Healthy Vinaigrette or Non-Fat Dorothy Lynch. The Bragg's has more fat in it (9g) but if you are really trying to watch your sodium both have about 65mg per serving. Neither contain HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup)0

I've been mixing 2 parts salsa to 1 part Kraft light Ranch dressing. I've been using it on salads, baked chicken, and fish tacos. It makes a nice ranch taste but with a lot fewer calories.0

+1 for the Bolthouse dressings in the Produce section. I also like the Marzetti Simply Dressed dressings, also in the Produce section. I won't touch the other bottled dressings ever again.0

Just plain salsa. No need to the chemically laded fat free dressings. Good salsa should have very few ingredients, and many different flavors. I like salsa verdes on salads.0

Fat helps you digest the good things in raw veggies... SO don't go low fat. Yogurt based Ranch is the best :-)0

Olive oil + vinegar or lemon juice then any spices you want, maybe some garlic too. All the low fat dressings taste off to me, like fake food.0
