OMG.....thanks sooo much for all the amazing comments and messages
I'm 5ft 6" and I eat approx. 1500 cals a day. I go to the gym 3 times a week and walk on non gym days but I don't eat my burned cals back. I have also started the 30 Day Shred (last Thursday) and will do that on non gym days too.
I am still 223lbs so I have got some more to go....but onwards & downwards :happy:0 -
