here are 2 photos of me during p90x, one day 0 and the other day 30. can u see any differences. also im not telling you which pic is which, are the the wrong or right way ;)

    Your stomach area looks smaller on the left photo, and your chest looks more defined too.

    No idea what a p90x is though :ohwell:

    I think the left side one/ first one is day 30

    yep- you can def tell that the left one is day 30 and right one is day 1
