I add 300 calories to what myfitnesspal suggests since I'm breastfeeding. Doing a brisk walk almost everyday has been easy to accomplish since you can do it with a stroller. And then I've been stretching and doing an at home workout 5 days a week. So far so good! Good luck with your goals!

I heard you're suppose to add 500 more calories into your diet if you're exclusively breastfeeding. Since my son is on breastmilk & solids its 250 calories. I walk my older son to & from school everyday (a total of 4miles) along w/ cleaning house (going up and down stairs constantly) helps me keep fit :) Good luck !!!
