hi everyone, i'm struggling with my fat loss journey (notice fat, not necessarily weight), no matter how hard i train, how clean and healthy i eat, it never seems to get off of my body. i've tried insanity and 30 day shred, i've been running and powerwalking and recently i've strated with HIIT (done like two sessions). for this past year nothing has changed. i haven't been eating any junk food, drinking any soda or alcohol, no candy and i only eat sweets once in a while, like at a birthday party, and then only one or two things. i cannot understand why nothing seems to be working!
the thing is, i'm going to usa this summer for five weeks, and i'm really exciting and i'm sure it'll be awesome. the only thing is, that i'd like to have lost some fat by then, that has been my goal for this past year. but now it's only five weeks away, it's so close and the fact that nothing has changes is really discouraging. i'd love to surprise my folks in usa with my new, healthylooking body. my new lifestyle is great, but i'd like it to show on the outside as well ..
i guess what i'm trying to ask here, is that if anyone would be willing to offer me some kind of schedule for five weeks that you know from experience works, i'd be more than happy to take part of it. it'd be great if it was pretty exact, like what to eat and how long workouts and how many days a week, and if it'd be strength training or cardio or whatever. i cannot offer any kind of money or anything, only my true gratefulness and stand forever in your favour..
if anyone's out there, giving just a small advice or a bigger schedule, don't hesitate! i take everything i can get, i know mfp is a vvery helpful community! and i will try to do the best that i can to help someone other! please, it's just really my dream to have a nicelooking body when i go on my journey! i know five weeks isn't that long, but with my backrground maybe five weeks would be enough, if i just could get the right things to do .. i beg you for help!

Calories in vs calories out. You mention eating clean and exercising. However if you are eating 3000 calories of 'clean' foods, and only burning off 3000 or less (through exercise and daily functions) then you will gain weight or stay the same.0

HIIT and Insanity are both high calorie burners ..... I think something else is going on.
What is your BMR - basal metabolic rate? ..... the calories needed if you were in a coma
What is your TDEE - total daily energy expenditure? To lose weight you need to be somewhere in between. Not too many calories (or you gain weight) ... not too few calories ...... you will lose muscle mass and weight loss will stall.

Weight loss is 80% about diet. Exercise mainly "shapes" the outcome.0
