looking for new and active friends!!!

Hi all my name is acquilla and I'm on second week here on MFP, and looking for more friends!! I am looking for friends who are active on mfp, for support and inspiration and I will gave the same back. I just hit the big 30, and that spurred me to start this new lifestyle. I want to be healthy for myself and my two boys. I lost my dad last year, he was only 58, I want to be here for as long as I can for my own kiddos.
