New Month - New Challenge!

Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!

You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

    Can i join ye. I only average about 5or 6k a day but i will aim for higher and hopefully by the end of month i will be reaching the 10k most days.

    Count me in!!! This month I really plan to stay active and keep track of my steps - I've tried doing this challenge in the past, but end up dropping out halfway through...not this time!!!

    Goal for the month: at least 10,000 steps every day (and hopefully a few days close to 20,000)
