How to change goals for food diary?

I know there was a way to adjust the percentages in the food diary. My diary keeps saying I'm over in protein by about 10 grams. I wanted to check what the percentage was for protein to make sure I'm not eating too much protein. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

    Goals -> Change Goals -> Custom -> Continue -> adjust your settings -> Save.

    I am trying to set my goals custom to accommodate for certain percentages in different areas, where do I find the GOALS on iphone app..?
