I am allergic to gluten/wheat among many other things and have been eating gluten/dairy/beef free since finding out about my food allergies in February of this year. Here's a website that is full of information and recipes, etc for gluten free.

hello. I found out I was allergic to wheat and over the years i've noticed most Gluten free foods are higher in calorie.
