I've lost 111 pounds = red meat an average American eats in a year, but I prefer to think I've lost 111 guinea pigs.

28 pounds, I have lost more than a 2yr old but less than the amount of cheese an average American eats in a year. I actually don't really like cheese, I have not eaten that much cheese in my entire life, and I have lived a lot of years. 30lbs of cheese is a lot of cheese.

I love this! I have lost approx. an ostrich egg. I love picturing the weight and seeing how much it truly is. It puts things into perspective! Like 5 lbs is a sack of potatoes! Imagine a sack of potatoes that you no longer carrying on your back side :)
