    Yikes, you need to eat more. A LOT more. That calculation is not going to be accurate with how drastically you are undereating. Aim for a .5 lb per week loss since you're close to goal.

    You're eating under 1,000 calories a day so in 5 weeks you'll probably be sick, have no energy and stalled. That is not the way to lose weight.

    You posted just the other day about how you recognise you are eating very unhealthily and are trying to work up your calories to a healthy level. May I respectfully suggest you concentrate on that rather than worrying about the numbers right now?
