Hello everyone. I'm 26 years young weighing 247 currently. I started at the beginning of the month at 255. My first goal is to get to 200 Ibs. Second goal 160, my high school weight. Third goal is to be determined later. I'm a volunteer firefighter / emt. I'm hoping to test for the paid side of it this year. The physical test is in September. My current method is counting calories and focusing on cardio. Soon I will start weight lifting in addition to my previous. I'm really hoping to find a few supporters to help me out!
