So im looking for a proper buddy like someone who i can help on here and can help me but also someone who i could email or even text. i live in the UK btw..

So i an wanting to join the RAF but i cant join unless i lose about 49lbs... so i need alot of motivation as i would like to join by the start of next year if possible
