I'm sure this has been posted before, but I am new to the site so I figured I would ask. My BMR is 1665 calories a day according to the calculator on this site - so does that mean I should be eating at least that many calories each day? :ohwell:

I've been eating just under my BMR, based on my TDEE deficit and it has been working nicely so far.0

No, your BMR is just what your body needs to survive everyday, if you didn't get out of bed. It doesn't account for regular daily activity, your job, and your exercise - that is TDEE, total daily energy expenditure. It is this number you need to eat under. Many people will recommend not eating below your BMR.0 -
