BODY REVOLUTION

Hey, Folks! I am starting Jillian Michaels "Body Revolution" today.

I began with a kick, as usual, and did both the Phase 1 Workout 1 AND Cardio 1. That's awesome for right now because I am super motivated. But I really want to make sure I stick with it and shrink my butt for the next 90 days instead of just sitting on it eating wine ice cream and wondering why I don't look good in shorts.

Anyone out there in the same boat?
