    Good morning, I would like to join. But I do have a question....are we just going to post weekly weight ins or will there also be discussion, motivation and support? I am looking for a group where that is what will happen. I am starting a CrossFit program today and it will go for 8 weeks. Can't wait to see the results!~

    SW: 178
    CW: 175
    GW For the month of May: 165
    UGW: 135-140

    Weight on April 30th. Will add this later. I am going to make Tuesdays my weight in day as this is the day of my class. I am also going to wait until 6pm to weigh in. I want to use the scale at work and I want to make it the same time each week. I work until 5:45p and the class is at 6:30p so this gives me time to change out of work clothes and into workout clothes and weigh in.

    Future weigh in days:
    Tuesday May 7th
    Tuesday May 14th
    Tuesday May 21st
    Tuesday May 28th
    Tuesday June 4th
    Tuesday June 11th
    Tuesday June 18th
    Tuesday June 25th
    The class is 8 weeks so that is why I went through June.
