Wow...so i just discovered the perfect food that is low in calories per volume/quantity and very satisfying. Im talking about buckwheat!. I recently started cooking a half cup of uncooked buckwheat with water. It absorbs the water, grows in quantity and you can add fruit to it and eat it like oatmeal or add veggies and spices and eat it in place of rice! So in love! <3
