This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!
We met lots of new friends in April. Some of us had great success, some moderate and some are stuck in a plateau - let's see what we can do this month!

Just for fun: I'm starting week 2 of my C25k app so by end of May I should be in about 5 weeks and running more than walking so we'll see how this goes...believe it or not it is actually fun and not a chore or duty...which is a nice feeling0 -

I have been really good about getting my workouts done but not so great at the eating well part. I am also going to San Diego over Memorial Day so I want to look my best!
